Will my jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is finished with an anti-tarnish coating to help preserve its shine. Like all jewellery, its longevity depends on how it's worn and cared for. Keeping it away from moisture, perfumes and harsh chemicals will help it look beautiful for longer.
Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?
Yes. All Misree earrings feature sterling silver posts, making them comfortable for most people with sensitive ears.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
While our pieces are made for everyday wear, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming or exercising. Limiting exposure to water and chemicals will help maintain their finish for longer.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your Misree pieces looking their best:
- Store them in a cool, dry place.
- Keep away from perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.
- Remove before swimming, showering or working out.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your package until it reaches you.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We deliver to most PIN codes across India.

Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order?
If you've received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you can request a return within 48 hours of delivery.

Yes. If you've received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Misree piece comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and anti-tarnish coating defects under normal use.
