What does Found in Common stand for?
Found in Common is built on the idea that style should feel personal. We create jewellery that moves with you, pieces that tell stories, mark moments, and become part of who you are. It’s about finding connection in the things we all share.
Where is Found in Common crafted?
Each piece comes to life in India, shaped by skilled hands that understand the art of balance between craft and comfort, detail and simplicity. Every design is made to last, both in quality and feeling.
What materials do you work with?
We work with lab-grown diamonds, sterling silver, and recycled gold vermeil. Every material is thoughtfully chosen for its integrity and shine because beauty means more when it’s made responsibly.
Will my jewellery stay as beautiful over time?
Yes, with mindful care, your jewellery will retain its shine and brilliance for years.
We recommend storing it separately, avoiding moisture, and gently wiping it after each wear.
Orders & Personalization
How can I find my ring size?
You can use our Ring Size Guide on the website to measure your size at home.
If you’re unsure, our team will happily help you find the perfect fit.
What if my ring doesn’t fit right?
Most of our rings can be resized depending on the design.
Please contact us with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the resizing process.
How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, add your favourites to the cart, and check out securely.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and shipping details when it’s dispatched.
Can I make changes after placing an order?
If you need to modify your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing it.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the piece goes into production.
Can I personalize a design?
Yes — we offer limited personalization options such as engraving or minor design adjustments.

Payments & Security
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.
EMI options are also available on select payment gateways.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways to ensure your details remain private and protected.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order arrive?
Each piece is made to order and typically ships within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive an update once it’s dispatched, along with a tracking link.
Do you offer faster delivery options?
We currently offer standard shipping across India.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us before checkout — we’ll do our best to assist.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within India.
International delivery is in the works and will be announced soon.
What does the packaging look like?
Each order comes in our signature Found in Common box — minimal, reusable, and gift-ready.
Your jewellery will include a care card and authentication details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email and WhatsApp update with your tracking link.
You can follow its journey in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
How can I return or exchange my order?
If you’d like to return or exchange a piece, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
The jewellery must be unworn and in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
