Warranty Policy
At Found in Common, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. Every piece is crafted with care and designed to last, and our warranty ensures your investment is protected.
1. What’s Covered
- Manufacturing defects in metal, stones, or craftsmanship.
- Loose or missing stones due to faulty setting.
- Broken clasps, hooks, or chains caused by manufacturing errors.
2. What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, or tarnishing.
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care.
- Loss, theft, or damage due to natural disasters or external factors.
- Customised or engraved pieces unless defective.
3. Warranty Period
- 6 months from the date of delivery for all standard jewellery.
- Warranty starts on the date your order is delivered.
4. How to Claim Your Warranty
- Email us at support@foundincommon.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Include clear photos of the defect.
- Our team will assess the issue and guide you on the next steps.
If your warranty is approved, we will proceed with a replacement of the piece. If a replacement is not possible, a voucher for the value of the damaged piece will be issued.
5. Important Notes
- FiC reserves the right to repair or replace the item rather than issue a refund.
- Shipping costs for warranty repairs or replacements will be covered by FiC.
- Keep your jewellery in its original packaging and follow our Jewellery Care guide to ensure the warranty remains valid.
