Every Misree piece is made to be worn, loved and styled on repeat. That's why all our demi-fine jewellery comes with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects and anti-tarnish coating defects from the date of delivery.

What our warranty covers

Our warranty includes:

Manufacturing defects
Faulty clasps, hooks or closures
Plating or anti-tarnish coating defects under normal wear
Structural defects that occur due to a manufacturing fault

If your piece qualifies, we'll inspect it and, depending on the issue, repair or replace it at no additional cost.

What isn't covered

Our warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Scratches, dents or fading caused by regular use
Accidental damage, breakage or mishandling
Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, chemicals or improper storage
Lost stones, chains or components due to external impact
Products altered or repaired by a third party
Lost or stolen jewellery

As jewellery is worn daily, natural signs of use over time are expected and are not considered manufacturing defects.

How to make a warranty claim

Getting help is easy.

Simply email us at wearmisree@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos (and a short video, if possible)

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

If the claim is approved, we'll arrange a repair or replacement, subject to product availability.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only for purchases made through the official Misree website or authorised sales channels.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Any repaired or replaced product continues under the original warranty period and does not receive a new warranty term.
